How do I measure my dog’s neck for a collar?

Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string to measure around your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits. Leave enough room to fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your dog’s neck. This is your dog’s neck size.

At Lily Beans, we will custom-cut your collar so the center hole matches this neck size, giving 2" of adjustability on either side.

What size collar should I select in the dropdown?

Choose the collar size that most closely matches your dog’s measured neck size. We’ll use that measurement as the center hole and add additional holes for adjustability.

How do I care for my BioThane® collar or leash?

BioThane®: Wipe clean with a damp cloth or rinse with mild soap and water. BioThane® is waterproof, stain-resistant, and odor-resistant. Let air dry. No soaking or machine washing needed.

Can my dog swim in their collar or leash?

Yes! Our BioThane® collars and leashes are great for water-loving dogs. They’re waterproof, easy to clean, and odor-resistant. We recommend choosing Stainless Steel or Solid Brass hardware for rust resistance.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may vary during sales or high-volume seasons.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $50+. Flat-rate shipping is also available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within five days of delivery.

🐾 Hardware Guarantee

Yes! All Lily Beans collars and leashes come with a 1-year hardware guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If any hardware fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it. Normal wear, patina, or damage from chewing aren’t covered — but our gear is built to handle real-life dog life!
