1. Overview

By placing an order through Lily Beans, LLC (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the company”), you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of custom pet products from our store.

2. Custom Products

All of our collars and leashes are handmade to order, based on the specifications you provide. Please double-check all options (hardware type, size, width, colors, and measurements) before placing your order.

Note: Biothane® is a registered trademark of BioThane Coated Webbing Corp., and all references to Biothane® refer to genuine products sourced from authorized suppliers.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you experience an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@shoplilybeans.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Shipping

Please allow 5–10 business days for us to handcraft and package your order. We ship within the United States via USPS, and tracking details will be provided by email once shipped.

- Free shipping is available for U.S. orders $50+
- Flat-rate shipping applies to other domestic orders.
- Local pickup may be arranged at select South Florida events—email us for details.

5. Product Use & Pet Safety

While we make every effort to ensure quality and durability, our products should only be used under proper supervision. Lily Beans, LLC is not responsible for misuse, improper fit, or damage due to chewing or excessive wear.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Lily Beans, LLC. Reproduction or reuse without permission is not allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lily Beans, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing from our store, you assume full responsibility for proper use and safety.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9. Changes to Terms
