At Lily Beans, every item is handmade to order with care and customized to your selections. Because our collars and leashes are tailored to your dog's specific neck size, hardware type, width, and color preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products.

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. Send an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
